This policy explains how 82partners SRL (formerly Roca Advisors SRL) (“82partners”, “we”) processes personal data collected through this website, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data we collect

• Contact form: name, email address, company (optional), area of interest (optional) and the content of your message.
• Technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request metadata to deliver and protect the website. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Purpose and legal basis

We use contact-form data only to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to take steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a maximum of 24 months afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law or a business relationship follows.

Processors and transfers

Enquiries are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare (D1) and forwarded to our mailbox (Google Workspace). We rely on service providers for hosting and storage (Cloudflare, Inc.), email delivery (Resend) and email (Google). Where data is transferred outside the EEA, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, the right to data portability and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise them, write to hello@82partners.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro).
